HibernateConfluenceBandanaRecordDao's saveOrUpdate can consume all database connections

saveOrUpdate is synchronized, but makes database calls with no timeouts.
This means that if the query is slow or hangs, Confluence will gradually run out of database connections as the first call will never release the lock.

Setting version to 2.7, but probably affects older versions.
