Add a view that displays all long running tasks

      Right now you can only view the status of the last started long running task for the current user using http://localhost:8080/confluence/longrunningtask.action. It would be great to have a view that shows all long running tasks for the current user. Additionally an admin view which displays all long running tasks of all users would be awesome.
