Fix any possible wiki redering/exporting flaws caused by invalid HTML, by applying JTidy

      This is specially important for the cases we're getting the HTML content from outside world such as:

      • {html-include}

      • {rss}

        macro

      • {jiraissues}

        macro

      Having any bad data in any of the above mentioned items can lead us to invalid HTML, and pretty enough to break the whole WIKI rendering and PDF generation.
