Newer versions of JIRA ship with an updated Seraph trusted app component which emits error messages in a new format. They have been changed so that clients can more accurately report error conditions while the protocol evolves.
We will need to do some work to upgrade to the latest versions of Seraph and properly support the new error message format
An example of a message which was rendered nicely before the changes but is raw now:
Errors were reported by the JIRA trusted connection. * APP_UNKNOWN; Unknown Application: {0}; ["confluence:9177320"]
The messages are still readable enough, so this issue is minor for now.
