      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      It would be better to not get updates from the wiki when <view changes> says there are 0 changes. This happens a lot when pages are moved, renamed etc, and is a bit of a timewaster.
