Unable to link to URL's with single quote's as they are escaped

      If I drop the following link into a confluence page http://www.petri.co.il/what's_cidr.htm when I click on the link itself, I get taken to http://www.petri.co.il/what's_cidr.htm - this doesnt work.

            Having just entered this issue, its also clear that JIRA 2.6.1 also has problems with identifying full URL's with quotes in.
