The jiraissues macro rocks!, but it forces us to embed URLs into the page that might change. It also forces us to encode parameters that might change from report to report.

If shortcuts were supported as an alternative to the jiraissue url, we could manage a jiraissue report url form a single locaiion, and it would be easier to add a parameter to the report URL.
