Blank daily notification emails when the wiki content has not changed at all, e.g. on weekends

    Description

      In Confluence 2.6.x the daily summary notification emails appear blank if there are no changes in the wiki. They should either show a message stating that there is no new/changed content or not be sent in this scenario.
