Allow test rewriting to be disabled

      As mentioned here: http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CLOV-94 - we should provide an option to allow the test re-writing to be disabled.
      If users wish to specify XML results to clover-report, then they may also wish to disable test rewriting.
