As of 2.4, SPAN will default to "all existing coverage"

      We need to clearly communicate in the Release Notes for Clover 2.4 that Clover's SPAN behaviour will be changing.

      Currently, span defaults to 0, which means only coverage since the last compilation event gets loaded for reporting.
      The default as 2.4 will change to include all coverage data found.

      Updates throughout the docs on clover's span attribute will be needed. Maven, Ant, IDEA, Eclipse.
