Maven: intercept maven-jar-plugin and add clover-runtime

      Check if it would be possible to define some Maven property for maven-jar-plugin which would allow to define directory or list of files to be added to the archive. If yes, then extract clover-runtime into e.g. target/clover/runtime (note: it shall not interfere with CLOV-1241 somehow) and pass it to maven-jar-plugin.
