Fix compatiblity issues with Intellij IDEA 11.1

The IDEA'a API has changed (again) without any prior notification:

1) Removed AnimatedIcon.init()

• see similar bug report in CLOV-1043 and CLOV-1060

2) Removed VirtualFile.getIcon()

3) Added JavaSourceTransformingCompiler.fileGenerated()

4) The <group id="CompilerErrorViewPopupMenu"/> was added to IDEA's resource file, therefore cannot be used in clover's plugin.xml anymore.

5) Added ProgressIndicator.isPopupWasShown(), ProgressIndicator.isShowing()
