Description
It seems that sometimes the JVM is terminated midway through Clover writing coverage and the alternate file does not have the full coverage data.
One way to mitigate this problem is to force a full flush after every test finishes. That way the 2nd last coverage file will always be complete (for directed flushing and discounting multithreaded tests).
