Summary

In Firefox when you open a ticket's detail view, and you hover the transition/action buttons at the top of the ticket, the mouse cursor is displayed as a text selection instead of a hand/pointer.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Using Firefox 53, open a JIRA ticket;
2. Hover over the transition buttons.

Pointer/Hand mouse icon

Notes

What the Mozilla docs say about "cursor: auto":

The browser determines the cursor to display based on the current context.
E.g. equivalent to text when hovering text.

For comparison, in Chrome when hovering it appears as a Hand.
