Google presentations cannot be embedded via GApps integration

      When using this macro: "Embeds a Google Presentation into your Confluence page (XHTML)"
      with a Google presentation document, I have this issue (OnDemand):

      Service error
An error occurred while fetching the document. Please check to make sure that the document ID is valid, and that the document has not been deleted.
Error Details
Received an unexpected response [code 404] for URL "https://docs.google.com/feeds/download/presentations/Export?docId=XXXX&exportFormat=png&xoauth_requestor_id=<email>".
