New feature idea from a customer: it would be handy to create a standalone Jira installation (its license covered within the OnDemand license) that would automatically synchronize with OnDemand, and display the data in read-only mode. That would provide the users with a backup, e.g. in case of OnDemand downtime or internet connection issues.
