If an svn import fails, the svn root directory (/data/jirastudio/svn/root) is moved to /data/jirastudio/svn/root.back and root no longer exists.

All subsequent imports will fail:

Last import result was: Error importing file "repo-with-TST-and-PL-project-and-good-structure.dmp" at 6/6/11 1:51 PM:
 Destination '/data/jirastudio/svn/root' directory cannot be created

A customer admin will not have file system access to the machine to correct this.
