This test might not be very "friendly"

1. Committed a file into an empty Studio repository, but not under any project. For example, we just commit a "dummy" file directly under the SVN root, say, http://dev1.jira.com/svn/dummy.
2. Tried to import test.dmp. The importer detected that the repository was not empty, and asked us whether or not we want to overwrite this repository by importing things into it. We answered yes.
3. Following error was returned:

   Error importing file "test.dmp" at 12/16/10 12:09 AM: DumpSvnRepoCommand: failed to execute command - error code is: 1
