    Description

Customers want to be able to do things like automatically resolve issues after a timeout period. The normal way to do this is with a jelly script, but this isn't possible in Studio. I assume we have left Jelly deactivated because a) it's possibly a security risk, and b) historically there has been no way for customers to upload Jelly scripts.

Nowadays we have the /webdav partition where customers can upload Jelly scripts (although access would need to be restricted, per AOD-1438). I also don't think there is much a Jelly script can do that a JIRA administrator can't anyway. So I think we should enable Jelly once AOD-1438 is done.
