      Background:
The path for accessing marketplace apps in Jira has been updated. Previously, this path directed users to the Jira marketplace app configuration page. However, it now redirects to the administration's installed apps page instead. As a result, the Jira app configuration page is no longer accessible through the standard UI path

      Issue:

The newly centralized "Manage apps" page introduces several significant challenges for large organizations:

      • Information Overload: The page displays all installed applications, requiring users to sift through or search a lengthy list to locate specific configurable apps.
      • Increased Clicks: Accessing app configuration is now a multi-step process; users must find the app, expand it, and then proceed to configure it, which adds unnecessary complexity.
      • Wasted Time:For organizations that oversee a substantial number of applications, this updated design represents a regression in user experience, leading to inefficiencies and time loss.

      Suggestion:
The previous user interface (UI) was notably efficient due to its streamlined design on the Jira app configuration page. This page exclusively featured a comprehensive list of configurable applications, allowing users to access them quickly and easily. The focused presentation of these apps eliminated the need for excessive navigation, enabling users to identify and modify their settings or integrations with minimal hassle. As a result, this approach not only enhanced productivity but also improved the overall user experience by providing immediate visibility and accessibility to essential tools.
