Inviting or adding users from Project -> People section can result in Hash errors.

      Issue Summary

      Trying to add people from Project settings -> People section can lead to front end errors with Hash code and trace error, if the person inviting does not have "Browse users and groups" permission.
      Note that this can happen when the site has invites turned off or set to "Requires admin approval".

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to project settings -> People section
      2. Click on Add people.
      3. Search for users, from workspace like Slack. You will notice that the users have icon next to their names.
      4. Grant the user some role.

      Expected Results

      User should be added or proper error should be given to end users as to why we cannot add. So that users can take corrective action.

      Actual Results

      Hash error and trace id without any explanation as to why the error occured.

      Workaround

      Please grant the user "Browse users and groups" permission.
