      Problem Definition

Currently, Atlassian Organizations that verify domains and claim accounts don't have full visibility of the access some of their managed accounts have.

If a managed account is given access to external instances of JSM Customer or Portal, JPD, or even Trello as Guest users, this access is not listed when looking for their data, which may lead to confusion when enforcing enhanced security policies, deactivating accounts, or even tracking cloud usage.

      Suggested Solutions

Lists all kinds of access an Atlassian Account may have into the Managed Accounts section and export, including (but not limited to) JSM Portal, JSM Customer, Trello Guests and others.

      Workaround

There is currently no workaround available, even from the Support side.
