Problem Definition

Currently if you add a custom domain, you can only add the custom domain for a specific product, such as Confluence or Jira/JSM.

If your custom domain is test.test.atlassian.com and configured for Confluence, the url will always redirect to Confluence. Navigating to test.test.atlassian.com/jira will redirect you to test.test.atlassian.com/wiki

This is different than the behavior when a custom domain is not used. If your site URL is test.atlassian.net, navigating to test.atlassian.net/wiki takes you to Confluence while test.atlassian.net/jira takes you to Jira.

In addition to allowing custom domains for individual products, allow the custom domain to redirect to all products on the site
