Issue Summary

When using the App switcher or links to products from the Atlassian Home to navigate between Atlassian Products ( Jira, JSM etc ), clicking on a product will open the Projects page and filter it to the relevant project types. For ex: <your_domain_here>/jira/projects?selectedProjectType=business

Jira -> Software projects
Jira Work Management -> Business Projects
Jira Service Management -> Service Projects

However, if you have a custom domain enabled, this redirection no longer works as expected and users are redirected to the "Your work" page. 

For ex: <your_domain_here>/jira/your-work

The redirection works as expected for Jira Work Management but not for Jira and JSM.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Setup a custom domain for your site by navigating to Admin.atlassian.com > Products > Product URLs > Custom domains
2. Once the custom domain is enabled attempt to use the app switcher to switch between products
   
3. You are redirected to the Your Work page instead of the Projects page with relevant projects filtered
4. The same issue occurs if you navigate to https://start.atlassian.com and attempt to navigate to any of the products listed under the Your apps section
   

Expected Results

You are redirected to the project page with the projects filtered for the relevant product 

Actual Results

You are redirected to the Your work page instead

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
