Issue Summary
On https://admin.atlassian.com/s/<site id>/billing/applications/change-edition/jira-software.ondemand there is a table that shows each product available to each subscription tier. When one's language is set to Русский (Russian) it states that "Аналитика для администраторов" (Analytics for administrators) is available for Premium. This leads customers to believe that the Enterprise-only feature Atlassian Analytics is available for Premium:
Add Atlassian Analytics to an existing site
Only customers with Cloud Enterprise plans for Jira Software, Jira Service Management, or Confluence can add Atlassian Analytics.
Steps to Reproduce
- Set your account language to Русский on https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/account-preferences
- Go to https://admin.atlassian.com/s/<site id>/billing/applications/change-edition/jira-software.ondemand Observe it says Analytics is available for premium:

- Change your language setting to English and go back to same billing page. Observe there is no mention of Analytics at all. Is it possible this is bad translation of "Admin insights"

Expected Results
Language set in personal settings should not change content of page. Description of subscription tiers should accurately reflect the offerings of each tier.

Workaround
