Delete products is not available when using the improved billing system following the reset instructions here.
How do you know which experience you’re viewing?
Suggested Solution
- There should be an option to delete the product immediately
- Deletion of product clears out the product data immediately.
Why this is important
- Maintain feature parity with original billing system
- Many customers are required to immediately delete product data for testing or for migrations and are now blocked by this limitation on the improved billing experience/system
Workaround
To delete the products, please contact Atlassian Support.
