Issue Summary

C2C Migration for projects fails to complete (stuck on some % value), if the configured Workflow has a condition PreviousStatusCondition for any of the transition which has missing one of the attributes "includeCurrentStatus" 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Workflow with some transitions
2. For any transition configure a Condition "Previous Status"
3. Make sure the attribute "Include Current Status" is not checked as shown below screenshot
   
4. Perform a C2C migration for the project which uses the above configured workflow

Expected Results

There should be a proper logging which captures the cause of project migration failure.

Actual Results

Project migration stuck at some percentage

Workaround

1. Identify all the Workflows which uses 'Previous Status' condition
2. Add the attribute "Include Current Status" in those Workflows
3. Retry the migration
