Support for linking more than one Atlassian Cloud organisation through Application Tunnels

    • 20
    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

According to Application Tunnels public documentation:

Each self-managed instance can receive only one tunnel from admin.atlassian.com. This limitation will affect you if you’d like to link multiple cloud organizations to a single self-managed instance, which isn’t supported.

While it is good from security perspective, there should be a feature that would allow admins to configure more than one organisation they own with their own on-prem instances. This would help with partial migrations, when still some data needs to stay on-prem but that data needs to be available for more organisations (for example on BB DC linked from multiple instances in Atlassian Cloud in different orgs own by company)

We habe the same issue with Confluence Server.
Why can't we connect to multiple organisations?

We have two different orgs that need to use the same application tunnel to our Onprem instance. I went through the process of setting this up only to find out you can have only one tunnel. Is there a way to setup two different orgs to use the same application tunnel? Do we have to setup a separate bitbucket instance to get the bitbucket to jira integration to work?

            Thanks.
