Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: N/A

When migrating a single project to a site the first time using C2C method, the existing default context of the Story Points field is removed. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Choose a destination site where C2C migration has been performed yet.
2. In the source site, select a project and perform a C2C migration to the destination site. 
3. Go to Settings > Issues > Custom fields > Story Points. 
4. Click on the three dots:
5. 
6. And check for the contexts present.

Expected Results

The existing data, in this case, the Default context, should not be replaced or altered.

Actual Results

The Default configuration has been removed.

Workaround

There is a manual workaround available - 

The user can manually update the context of the Story Points field in the destination after the migration has been completed.
