C2C migration fails as multicheckbox reference in changeItem has blank value within a comma separated string

Migration should scceed

The below exception is thrown in the xxxxxxx.log file:

...java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: MRI entity id must not be blank
	at com.atlassian.migration.base.mri.MRI.<init>(MRI.kt:32)

No workaround available as of now
