Problem Description
Although we have the Ip Allowlisting, companies do not have a way to restrict their set of IPs to access only instances that they select.
Customers want this to prevent a potential security breach. For example, if someone takes control of a user's computer since api.media.atlassian.com can't be blocked, they could upload protected files to a different Jira instance that they don't control, causing a leak.
Suggested Solution
Have a feature to control which Atlassian sites the users inside X range of IPs can access.
