C2C Backup/Restore

      Jira Cloud does not have Cloud-to-Cloud (C2C) backup and restore. Current backup manager saves zipped XML file to local machine backup is run on. Jira Knowledgbase suggests NOT using backup manager as restore file could be corrupted if it is generated during a data update by user. Company called Skyvia performs C2C to Azure cloud. Why can't that be built-in to Jira Cloud?
