Administration page read-only permission

Some users need to make reports from information that is on the administration page (admin.atlassian.com), only Site, and Org admins can access the administration page and those 2 admins have all the configuration privileges to the site´s administration page.

It would be useful if something like read-only permission can be applied to the administration page.
