      How can I send Slack notification to a channel when there is a new file attachment made to a page with an 'Attachments' macro?

      I create a file and add it as an attachment to the a confluence page. This needs to be notified through Slack.

            +1 for the feature. the file upload in Confluence is silent, we have to said something in Slack channel manually, not that good.

            Seconded, I set up the Slack link assuming this would happen automatically. Instead I have to add a comment each time a file is added/amended?

            Hello, this seems like such a basic feature to have that I'm not sure why it isn't in the product. This is the feature I was looking for when I initially chose Confluence.
