    Description

      Summary

If you add 2 attachments with the same name, add a comment with link to both attachments, the second link will be broken. However, opening the attachments through the Attachments section, both will open correctly.

      Environment

      Jira Cloud a53fe373

      Steps to Reproduce

      In a Service Desk project

      1. Create a txt file and write fileA inside it. Name it file.txt
      2. Create a txt file and write fileB inside it. Name it file.txt
      3. In a test issue, in the Attachments section, click Browse and attach the first file.txt (the fileA). In the comments, write fileA
      4. Again, in the Attachments section, click Browse and attach the second file.txt (fileB). In the comments, write fileB

At this point, you have 2 files attached, the old one is greyed out and the new one is in blue, both with the same name.
If you open them through the Attachments section, the greyed out will be fileA, which was the first you attached, and the blue one will be fileB, the second you attached.
However, in the comments section, the first comment will open fileA and the second comment will open also fileA.

      In a Software project

      1. Create a txt file and write fileA inside it. Name it file.txt
      2. Create a txt file and write fileB inside it. Name it file.txt
      3. In a test issue, click Comment, click Attachment, click Browse, attach the first file.txt (the fileA). Write fileA and click Add.
      4. In a test issue, click Comment, click Attachment, click Browse, attach the second file.txt (the fileB). Write fileB and click Add.

At this point, you have 2 files attached, the old one is named "file" and the link is blue. The new one is named "file (f57fc463-c63c-4fd8-92be-e73fdb9aadc1)" and the link color is also blue.
If you open them through the Attachments section, the "file" will be fileA, which was the first you attached, and the "file (string)" will be fileB, the second you attached.
However, in the comments section, the first comment will open fileA and the second comment will open also fileA.

      Expected Results

      The links will also update.

      Actual Results

      The second link breaks.
