Requesting nonexistent files via /raw/ results in unexpected 302 responses

When using /projects/KEY/repos/slug/raw/... to request raw file contents anonymously, if a nonexistent file is requested the server returns 302 Found rather than the expected 404 Not Found. Authenticated users receive a 404 as expected.
