Description
A customer surfaced feedback on a situation where even working with Atlassian support, it took them days to identify why data was not flowing between their server and mirrors.
It turns out the issue was time out of sync and the customer said that if the logs could include UTC server versus remote time, they would have been able to resolve it in a fraction of the time and without using Atlassian support resources.
