Files with percent '%' signs on their names causes error 500 when trying to view it on Bitbucket

      Summary

      User is seeing an error 500 page when trying to view a source file, if the particular file contains "%" character/s

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a file with name %test%.txt.
      2. Made a few changes to the file and commit the file into a Bitbucket repo
      3. Click on the file from Source view to view its content

      Expected Results

      The content of the file should be displayed

      Actual Results.

      Clicking on the file to view its content will cause an error 500 page instead

      Workaround

      Rename the affected file to not contain any '%' characters on its file name

            will typically have numerous files containing the percent sign. The suggested workaround of renaming them cannot be applied, and we have lots of files that cannot be opened using the web interface.
