"Learn More" link on the Default Reviewers page is incorrect

In the Default Reviewers section of a repository's settings, the "Learn More" link is incorrect - it leads to a nonexistent page on confluence.atlassian.com. This has been reported for Bitbucket 4.9.0 and replicated in 4.11.1
