Pull request phrasing in Japanese localisation is inconsistent

On the /pull-requests page, the page title (and phrasing used everywhere else for pull requests) is "プルリクエスト". However, the create pull request button on the top right says "プル要求を作成", which uses the term "プル要求" instead of "プルリクエスト". It should probably say "プルリクエストを作成".
