Node binaries downloaded during build end up in the source distribution archive

The NodeJS binaries downloaded by the frontend-maven-plugin during the build of the product are ending up in the source archive when the source distribution is created (the webapp/default/.node directory) . This directory should be excluded from the source archive distribution, as during a build from source the frontend-maven-plugin will download a platform appropriate NodeJS anyway.

Note this does not affect building from source.
