Blame in diff view doesn't show the commit for the top lines if the section starts before the diff

Expected: The blame commit line for the displayed section is indicated at the top of the displayed section of the file, even if it starts somewhere in the un-displayed region. It is clearly indicated that the region extends upwards from the displayed part.

Actual: It looks like the blame line is attached to the top line of the region, which disappears into the cut-off so that I need to show more of the file to figure out which commit is actually responsible for the visible change.
