      Summary

      Bitbucket Server 4.8 'Default Reviewers' plugin collides with third-party plugins by overwriting the reviews if the Atlassian Default Reviewers are not configured in the standard plugin.

      How to Replicate

      Pre 4.8

      • Plugin that runs rest call to suggest reviewers, adds them to the reviewers list.
      • Generate Pull Request and create.

      Post 4.8

      • Plugin that runs rest call to suggest reviewers, adds them to the reviewers list.
      • New standard Bitbucket Server plugin for default reviewers
      • Generate Pull Request and create.

      Workaround

      The Atlassian Bitbucket Default Reviewers Plugin can be disabled to eliminate the overwriting of reviewers on Pull Requests.
