Hi everyone,
Thanks for your feedback on this suggestion. Bitbucket Server and Data Center 7.7 adds the ability to react to pull request comments. Give this a try and let us know your feedback.
We currently have no plans to react to specific lines of code, which was part of the original request. If you need that, please comments with your detailed use case as a comment below. Based on the feedback we might reconsider it.

Original description
It's usually not worth writing a full comment, when it is going to boil down to a "good job here" kind of thing, since it gets added to the email digest and the overview page, potentially drowning out actionable feedback.
Stash should encourage balanced pull request feedback, however. It should therefore allow reviewers to mark certain lines as being particularly good, using a "thumbs up" or "like" annotation on lines.
