Source build and/or instructions are broken

While testing BSERVDEV-12819 I found that the source build instructions (https://developer.atlassian.com/bitbucket/server/docs/latest/how-tos/building-bitbucket-server-from-source-code.html) have a few issues:

• The docs refer to SQL Server 4.0.2206 driver version but the build expects 4.2.6420
• The docs say to run mvn3.sh but the source distro contains mvn339.sh
• The built artifact doesn't actually appear to work with the mvn cargo:run command as per the docs
• Trying to run through IDEA gives an error about the docs.version property - even adding the extra step from our internal instructions doesn't seem to help?
• This instruction doesn't work as well mvn cargo:run
