Upon triggering an initialization of a plugin(example), threads in these thread pools will inherit the MDC state. As the plugin initializes, it creates 2 thread pools, initializes the threads in them and inherit the MDC state from the triggering request thread. Any subsequent logging from these threads will display that MDC state.
