Hi everyone,
Thanks for your feedback and advocacy on this suggestion. Bitbucket Data Center 7.13 introduces Description templates that allow you to set a custom template for the description field which populates when creating a Pull request. Project admins will be able to create and manage the description template. We are looking into the ability to allow template creation at the repository level for future releases. When we go to make a pull request our team uses a template to make our QA process go more smoothly. It would be nice if we had a feature where we could setup each project to have a default PR template that's auto-populated into the comment box when you go to create the PR so we don't have to copy/paste it in every time.
