I don’t know if it’s Safari, slow computers, or my lack of patience, but now on two separate occasions I’ve unapproved a pull request by accident when I mean to approve it.

Sometimes when clicking Approve the first time, there seems to be a lag or lack of response. But clicking it again appears to send two clicks to the server, which spams all the subscribers with “John Approved this pull request” followed by “John UNAPPROVED this pull request”

The UI should probably have a more explicit unapprove UI, like a confirmation click or at least some amount of synchronization where the UI gets locked out for a few seconds or require a refresh to unapprove, or a separate unapprove button.
