    Description

There is a really good reason to have a "minimum successful build" for branches that are going into product or testing however sometimes branches are made where breaking changes are done during development. In these cases you want to allow to still use pull requests to include code review and other reasons as well to include collaboration on bigger branches.

With the current approach it is not possible to put this requirement on "minimal successful builds" on specific beaches instead it is currently a global setting for the whole repository.

I would suggest to change this so that you could limit this constraint check to only affect the beaches of your choice.
