Forking results in 500 error if personal repositories are disabled

      If you have personal repositories and try to fork a repository you will receive a 500 error as soon as you hit the fork button. All versions above 3.11.0 seem to be affected. The only work around is to re-enable personal repositories for now.

      You will receive the following errors in the logs:
